It may not be as "pristine" as Baxter's on Downton Abby,  But it is mine

This is Whacky Doodle . I started this one about 2 years ago, wasn't happy with it, shoved it in the closet.  Momma helped my take apart the original brown borders.  Very happy with it now.  It started out to be a quilt to wrap up in on the sofa, recliner, etc.   It's a tad "short" but other than than it's queen size.      Sprocket photo bombing.   Oh yeah,  ALABAMA Had SNOW this year :)    Here's what it looked like before the great take apart      I've had a bad cold, and the noise of the sewing machines is not good, so I've pulled out the socks that i've been working on.                                   Notice a trend (Sprocket Photo Bombing yet again !!!)

The newest addition to my antique machines !!!! This is a 1920 Singer red eye treadle.....the machine will need a visit to the shop ( wheel won't make the needle go up and down) , but can't wait until I get to treadle away

Got Gauge's Baby gift done! Did this one on the 1950's mean green sewing machine

Amy is getting closer and closer to having her baby.   I've decided the reason she hasn't is that she is waiting on me to finish the layette...... Well I'm done now !!!!  Bet you can't tell which football Team they are for ?  They are hoping to beat Auburn this week !!!!  This one is because I was bored..... I don't have a pink baby to make stuff for.......So occasionally I make something and gift it !!!!!
